Commented Unassigned: Windows 10 issue [65193]

i was recomended to use this to turn my work laptop into a local hotspot for my fellow co workers. the IT gent that told me to use this was unable to get it working, i have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now to no avail. W10 sucks....
