HELLO GUYS.....
I FINALLY FOUND IT MYSELF.......TRY THIS..
(make sure you have opened virtual router once before the procedure)
1) Go to the task manager
2) Make sure there is Virtual Router in the name column (which shows stopped in the status column )
3) Click on the __service...__button in the bottom right of the task manager . This will display the service window.
4) In the service list that appear search for VirtualRouterService. Righy click this and start the service...
