control panel>view network status and tasks...under 'access type' you will see 'connections' with a sign of usb cable.click on your connection(e.g. Tata Indicom) and then properties>sharing>allow other network users to connect through this computer internet connection...and tick 'allow other network users to control or disable the shared internet connection'....you may make 'home networking connection' wireless network connection....click ok.
