Created Unassigned: virtual router has stopped working [25200]

I downloaded virtual router sometime in the past and after 3 days, it stopped working, i had to uninstall it. yesterday i decided to try it out again, to my greatest surprise, it worked, but then on coming home today, my system had gone off, after restarting it, and trying to connect my phone to my laptop, it just says
Error 1001. could not find file 'c:/programfiles[86]/virtualrouter/virtualrouterclient.installstate!




please any solution on how to solve this, would be appreciated.....
