Commented Unassigned: .NET Framework exception [25226]

An unhandled exception occured in VirtualRouterManager.exe [2636].

OS: WinXP x64 (.NET 4.0)

I'm timed, and need something w/in this week before I start looking up network packets through my computer...

anyone know if a good replacement software??
(Win7 won't let me share my network on my laptop)

I think I've found one
it's called WinHotspot v 1.2.5
almost the exact same interface as this one, but with a few more tools :)

personally I just wish this one worked with WinXP so I didn't have to downgrade to 7
