Commented Unassigned: I get this error message "The group or resource is not the correct state to perform the requested operation" [25361]

Even after I tried every possible ways to solve this issue I was unsuccessfull. Pls pls help me how to solve it.
In your issues section I followed up with the every single steps to resolve this problem but its of no use. It still shows me the same message.
