Created Issue: Virtual Router could not be started [23675]

Hi,
I am using a Windows 7 Home Premium and each time I try to choose the shared connection, it will just remain blank. If I then try to start the Virtual Router it will display a message that says "The Virtual Router could not be started!". The way I start my homegroup now is by commands that I learned on the Internet but it is not very convenient. I find this ap very great when I use the commands but I just can't start it using this this app. Please help!
