The only solution I found was to assign a static ip address to each device connected to the network.
Use:
IP Address: 192.168.137.(2-255)
Gateway: 192.168.137.1
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4
I think the problem is that the DHCP server of the virtual wifi miniport adapter doesn't automatically assign an ip address to each device.
